We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, we are
happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you*. Products that
you return or exchange must be unworn. Shoebuy does not guarantee wear or
tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. Whether you are making a
return or an exchange, Shoebuy will: Provide you a pre-paid shipping label
for your order to send your return item(s) back to us. Credit your full purchase
price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make
your purchase. For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase
total of each new item. As always, Shoebuy will honor all promotions used
toward your original purchase and will ship the new item(s) to you free of
charge. * Shoebuy's Free Returns & Exchanges policy does not apply to orders
being returned from International locations (locations outside of the United
States) and APO/FPO locations, or orders placed on Shoebuy's Private Events

FREE Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order
to the warehouse for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best
possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay
for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with
your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process (via My
Account) to print out a free return label - your domestic shipping costs are
prepaid. (Self Service) Return Instructions With Zappos Retail, Inc.'s 365
day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask
is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make
sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. Return With Zappos.com

box and/or packaging. Return shipping is absolutely FREE. You will be provided
with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase

will offer an exchange or store credit at the lowest selling price within
the last 30 days. We cannot accept returns of final clearance or special-order

We know that sometimes you need to exchange or return an
item. We've made it as easy as 3 simple steps! Refund Policy* - To return
your purchase for a refund: 1. For a refund all products must be returned
within 30 days from the day they were received 2. Shoes must be returned in
“Like New” condition. 3. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
4. Incomplete returns are not entitled to refund, exchange, or store credit.
5. Must complete return form with reason for return. 6. Only purchases directly
from Gravity Defyer or GravityDefyer.com are entitled for refund. 7. Shipping
and handling charges are not refundable. Exchange Policy** - To exchange for
a different size, color or style: 1. For a exchange all products must be returned

in “Like New” condition. 3. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

- If product cannot be worn as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship,
Gravity Defyer will replace the shoes with the same style or equivalent Gravity
Defyer Shoes: 1. Gravity Defyer Shoes are warranted against defective materials
or workmanship for up to 6 months from date of receipt 2. Warranty is valid
provided that the shoes have received adequate maintenance, have suffered
no cuts, abrasions or other damage and have not been subjected to abuse, mistreatment
or excessive wear 3. Improper fit is not valid criteria for warranty. Misuse,
abuse or alteration of product voids warranty. 4. $15.00 shipping and handling
for each pair of shoes to be replaced under warranty is the customer’s responsibility.
Please send Credit Card Information, Check or Money order with your shoes
to process warranty replacement. Return & Exchanges Process: Step 1 – Complete
